We don’t rule or govern people who are sovereign. We empower them, making them responsible to decide for themselves how they want to live their life while being in harmony with others.
People chose for themselves inspirational leaders who lead without power (leadership doesn’t need power). These are the natural leaders that emerge spontaneously within a community and guide the people through difficult situations.
People need guidance not governance.
The administration of our commons, the allocation of resources for the fulfilment of our needs and the optimisation of our well-being and happiness is a scientific problem. A super-calculator or better an AI will do a far better jobs than opinionated politicians that are easily swayed by vested interests.
If the administration of the earth were given to scientists, they would create the super-computers whose task is to make sure that all the needs are met and optimised. There will be no war, no competition. The world would be at peace and in abundance, the conditions to create heaven on earth.
