The production, the delivery, the disposal and recycling of goods will be fully automatized.
Here are the technologies we intend to develop and prioritize:
3D & 4D Printing
4D printing is the next development to 3D printing where the fourth dimension is time. This emerging technology will allow us to print objects that then reshape themselves or self-assemble over time. Think: a printed cube that folds before your eyes, or a printed pipe able to sense the need to expand or contract.
Nanotechnology and bio-engineering are technologies that will contribute greatly to create a world free of work and money. Everything, absolutely everything can be built from a seed containing all the instructions for its self-assembly, which is true for every living thing since they all come from a single cell or a seed. Everything we need could be made of living materials and grow from a seed. A house, a bicycle or a mobile phone will self-assemble just as trees, plants or animals. Everything will be fully integrated in the recycle process of nature so as to produce no pollution and no waste during and after usage.
Biobots

Biobots are the ultimate angelic technology of the paradise. Not only they will make all the spare parts to keep our body young and healthy but they will make our food without having to grow it, harvest it and cook it. They will make all the materials with all the properties required to make everything we need. Absolutely everything. Everything we wear, everything we use will be alive. Alive means self-made, self-maintained and entirely recyclable.
Our technology will be completely integrated into nature and become undistinguishable from nature.
Nature has its own nano robots, the bacteria, the cells that work at the atomic level to create a fully functional world. By modelling nature and designing ourselves biological nanobots we can add to nature other living forms that will complement nature and be used to communicate, travel and work for us in total harmony with the ecosystem.
The biotechnologies are the key to a sustainable paradise where everything can be made abundant to fulfil everyone’s needs and desires.

Hidden industrial park
The best way to hide an industrial park is to build it underground. Most of the industrial production will be made using highly automated to fully automated production systems. Because robots and automated system do not require light or a high quality human life environment to work, the industrial park could easily be built underground without much concern for traditional human working conditions, beside the few specific locations where human production interaction will still be required. Therefore, the LightCity will be built on the top of an underground, almost hidden, industrial park.
