Housing three billion new urban residents in forty years, while at the same time managing the shift from a capitalist-consumerist society to a leisure society is an enormous task. Therefore, demonstration cities must be established quickly on each continent, followed by many more, increasing exponentially until all of humanity that wishes to live in cities can do so.

We are initially developing 7 Arcoplexes throughout the world as follows:
Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, South America, Middle East, Oceania (including Australasia.

General Outline

a. Establish an organisation structure comprising the overarching Management company and 7 teams in 7 locations with the capacity to deliver the objective .
b. In addition develop the Organisation to deliver multiple subsequent cities
c. Purchase an R & D Institute to centralise the major planning on this enormous project and coordinate all the work simultaneously being done in 7 different locations around the world. In addition to design and invent new IP for the project on an on going basis eg Identify, commission and develop the technologies required for a fully automated, self-sufficient Arcoplex
d. Research, plan, design, and construct the first seven LightCities.

Time line

Phase 1 – Year 1 to Year 3
  • Build the organisation structure and initial first legal Entites including our Development Management Company
  • Commission all consultancy companies including the planning/architectural firms
  • Purchase the R&D Institute
  • Commence and Finalize 7 Feasibility studies
  • Identify and commission or develop the technologies required for a fully automated, self-sufficient city
  • Selection and acquisition of the 7 sites
  • Stage One of Phase One

Design and Construction Stage (D&C)

We will establish a Development Management Company, which represents the joint venture of both The Investor Entity and our Senior Paradist people.

This is the over arching entity that sits above the 7 Project management Companies that each manage and execute the following necessary real estate development processes for each Arcoplex:

  • Identifying and purchasing of one site in seven different locations suitable for a LightCity Arcoplex
  • Masterplanning of city infrastructure (energy, transport etc…)
  • Masterplanning the smart city technology to create a total AI, internet of things robotized infrastructure.
  • Masterplan architectural design and concept stage
  • Masterplanning of the public realm including government, entertainment and tourism precincts.
  • Embedding sustainability and environmental principles into the Masterplan eg. vertical hydroponics
  • Food production and agricultural Masterplan for feeding each city
  • Industrial and retail Masterplan
  • Masterplanning for waste disposal, sewage, recycling and green waste eco-systems
  • Masterplanning for production and distribution of retail goods
  • Masterplanning of earthworks and landscape design
  • Masterplanning of governance structures for each Arcoplex and its 10 Arcologies
  • Investment and costing plan for every year of the Design & Construct process
  • Legal structuring and set up of relevant companies and foundations for example:
    a- initial development company
    b- initial investment company
    c- institute foundation
  • Oversee the timeline process and ensure that all commitments are achieved
Phase 2 – Year 3 to Year 8
  • government approvals obtained
  • Finalise all 7 Construction Documentation processes
  • Commmence Earthworks and Construction
  • landscaping, attraction parks & farmland completed
  • definition of criteria and selection of citizenship
  • create and start the training program for new citizens
  • develop educational and training material to share the tools and know how
Phase 3 – Year 8 to Year 15
  • Continue Construction Process
  • First citizens will move in to the first completed Arcoplexes for the trial period
  • self-sufficiency and sustainability is successfully acquired for 500,000 people cities
  • extend the number of cities on an on going basis
  • people are being trained to duplicate the model worldwide
